Rev. Bunmi Jenyo congratulates Dr. Olafeso On His Appointment As PDP Trustee




The Honourable Commissioner for Commerce and Industry in Osun State, Rev. Bunmi Jenyo has congratulated the erstwhile PDP National Vice Chairman (South West) Dr. Olorogun Eddy Olafeso, on his appointment as a member of the Board of Trustees (BOT) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Nigeria.

This was contained in a statement by the Commissioner, personally signed, and made available to newsmen in Osogbo on Thursday.

Rev. Jenyo who served as the PDP South West Zonal Secretary with Dr. Olafeso as Chairman, described him as a partyman whose capacity, erudition and experience in modern politicking cannot be underestimated.




According to the Commissioner, Dr. Olafeso is a political figure whose antecedent, resilience, dedication and inspiring dexterity towards the growth and development of PDP, not only in the South West but across Nigeria, cannot be taken with a hand of levity.

"I congratulate my boss and impeccable leader, Dr. Eddy Olafeso on his well deserved appointment as a BOT member of our great party. His appointment is indeed a round peg in a round hole, especially now that the party needs capable hands to steer its affairs being the largest party in Africa", he said.

According to him, " I am confident that Dr. Olafeso's appointment as a BOT member will spur him into doing more, concerning his ceaseless efforts to nourish the PDP as a party and all his members, across Nigeria and in the Diaspora."

He prayed that the Almighty GOD will continue to grant Dr. Olafeso the strength, wisdom and enablement to contribute its needed quota to revamp the party across the shores of Nigeria.

"Congratulations to a competent person per excellence, Dr. Eddy Olafeso for this feat. GOD will continue to work through you to rejuvenate, unite and promote our great party in Nigeria and beyond, AMEN".
