Many residents of Ogun State across the three Senatorial districts; Ogun Central, West and East, have expressed their views on the performances of Governor Dapo Abiodun. Majority of the respondents, who commented while the governor inspected nine projects across five local government areas on Saturday, 30th October and through WhatsApp messages. They agreed that Governor Dapo Abiodun deserves a second term. This, they attributed to his people-oriented projects, which they said have placed him above his predecessors, adding that the Gateway State deserves the services of “such a committed and hardworking public officers to further move the state forward.” Here are some responses by the residents, who were chosen indiscriminately across the senatorial districts.  Onibata Isaga Family Pahayi/Isaga Orile, Ile Onibata Ago Isaga Pahayi, Ogun State has written an appreciation letter to HRM, Oba (Dr.) Kehinde Gbadewole Olugbenle, MFR the Olu of Ilaro and Paramount Ruler of Yewaland for honouring their son, Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola with the chieftaincy title of Aremo of Yewa Land. Former governor of Ogun State, Senator Ibikunle Amosun and one of his aides have been fingered in the crisis that occurred at the palace of the Alake of Egbaland, Oba Adedotun Gbadebo during a factional congress of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state on Saturday October 16. Security sources within the state revealed that the immediate past governor and his henchman, one Honourable Mikky Kazeem, a former member of the House of Representatives is currently being investigated by the police over the ugly incident. The police had on Monday paraded about six suspected thugs alleged to be loyalists of the former governor. The suspected hoodlums were said to have confessed to the Police that Hon.   The lawmaker representing Kosofe Constituency 1 in the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Ganiu Sanni Okanlawon aka OKLA has donated an ICT Center to Emmanuel Nursery and Primary School, Ogudu, Ojota and distributed exercise books to students of Ogudu Nursery and Primary School and Anglican Nursery and Primary School also in the area. There was standstill on the major streets of Ikorodu area of Lagos on Friday, October 1, 2021, when over 300 participants took part in the 7th edition of Oba Kabir Adewale Shotobi Mini Marathon.  The event was sponsored by Hon. Sanai Oyeniran Bolanle Agunbiade aka S.O.B, representing Ikorodu Constituency 1 in the Lagos State House of Assembly. Agunbiade doubles as the Majority Leader of the Assembly and he is the Opomulero of Ikorodu Kingdom.
