  A non-governmental organization based in Ota, Ogun State, Good Governance Initiative (GGI), has described the Social Democratic Party (SDP) governorship candidate in the 2019 governorship election in Ogun State, Otunba Rotimi Paseda as a frustrated politician and a perennial loser. GGI was reacting to a statement credited to Paseda that Governor Dapo Abiodun was an accidental governor, who did not deserve a second term.
