Ogun Reps Election: Abayomi Tella, 2 INEC Officials Arrested With Huge Sums Of Money Over Alleged Attempt To Bribe Voters





Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ogun State, Mr Abayomi Tella,  and some officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and others were arrested with large sums of money in the early hours of August 16 in Iperu Remo, Ogun State. 




It was gathered that the money was meant to bribe voters for the House of Representatives by election in the area.




Sources however, said that they have provided useful information to the police, suggesting a grand plan to bribe and rig the house of representatives by elections.
