Not less than 10 Political Parties have perfected plans to adopt the Senator Representing Ogun West Senatorial District in the upper legislative chamber, Senator Solomon Adeola Olamilekan, (Yayi) as 2027 Ogun governorship candidate .

Educational Infrastructure
Sen Solomon Olamilekan Adeola Yayi has Constructed over 150 new classrooms in the primary and secondary schools across 25 locations, including Ansa ru-Deen Primary School, Igbogilla, and Government Technical and Science College, Ayetoro and also facilitated three well-equipped Information, Communication, and Technology (ICT) centers to enhance computer literacy.
Agriculture And Entrepreneurship
Sen Yayi succeeded in the provision of farm inputs and cash grants as seed capital to support agricultural development to over 50,000 farmers. He has also Impacted over 40,000 constituents through various empowerment programs, including skills acquisition, vocational training, and entrepreneurship development with the Distribution of equipment like sewing machines, vehicles, and deep freezers to support businesses and means of livelihoods.
HEALTH
The construction of 7 Primary Health Care Centers with ambulances and establishment of 2 Intensive Care Units (ICUs) at State Hospitals in Ilaro and Ota were also facilitated by Sen Solomon Olamilekan Adeola Yayi
GENERAL INFRASTRUCTURE
Construction of over 100 projects, including roads, school buildings, Police Stations, and markets . Sen Yayi built over 30 roads and bridges across the 5 Local Government Areas (LGAs) of Ogun West.
The Olorunda/Imeko Afon road project attracted commendations across the entire Ogun State .The biggest of them all is the Ilara/Ijoun/Oja Odan/ Ifonyintedo/Ilashe road project which cover a distance of over 100 km.
Sen Solomon Olamilekan Adeola Yayi also facilitated the construction of modern markets and town halls, including the Asade Agunloye Pavilion in Ilaro .
He Provided over 100 (units ) 500KVA Electric Transformers and 5,000 solar street lights to communities across Ogun West and supported youth development through various programs and initiatives.
These achievements demonstrates Senator Yayi’s commitment to delivering dividends of democracy and good governance with the support of other (3) three Elected National Assembly members , thus making him a strong successor to the performing Governor of Ogun State come May 29th 2027
Sen Yayi performance has dazed so many doubting Thomases to the extent of vituperating arrant nonsensical balderdash against his selfless service to improve Ogun West infrastructural and human capital development that will most certainly catalyze to economic prosperity within that ecosystem.
Sen Yayi within his 18 months in the saddle as Ogun West Senatorial District Senator finished the year very strong by bridging another gap with a 3 Day “Training on Electronic Documentation For Teachers And Efficient Record Management For Civil Service” held in Ilaro between 21st and 23rd of December 2024 with Centre for Management Development as the resource agency.
Over 200 trainees attended the program with each participant going home with a laptop to boost their knowledge acquisition, aside the monetary incentives that was also added.
