...Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola Yayi;The One Man Battalion Transforming Ogun West




In the political landscape of Ogun State today,one name stands tall as a symbol of action,impact,and selfless service.*Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola Yayi for me is a One Man Battalion.* His extraordinary representation has not only elevated Ogun West Senatorial District but has also ignited hope across the entire state.

Since he was elected in the 2023 general election as the senator representing Ogun West,Senator Yayi has hit the ground running bringing employment,infrastructure,empowerment,and development to every corner of Ogun West.The numbers of projects,employment and empowerment he has brought to Ogun west is overwhelming in number.

Just few weeks ago,he empowered over 5,000 farmers with modern agricultural equipment including tractors,fertilizers,essential farm inputs,and cash pursuant an unprecedented move that is already improving livelihoods and boosting food security in the Ogun west and by extension.

Yet he is not slowing down at all. In this week again,his dedication to grassroots empowerment will be on full display across Ogun West in a series of mega empowerment which will include bursary scholarship to students,ICT empowerment,market women empowerment, artisan empowerment and commissioning of mega projects.Each of these initiatives reflects Senator Yayi’s tireless commitment to inclusive development, youth engagement,and economic empowerment.

Looking ahead to 2027, there is growing excitement and support for his gubernatorial bid. For me,Senator Yayi is a divine gift to Ogun State just as Moses was to the Israelites. His visionary leadership, results driven approach, and deep connection with the people make him more than capable of governing Ogun State with distinction.

What makes Senator Yayi even more remarkable is his strong cultural and ancestral roots. He hails from Yewa (Ilaro),with ties to Kemta in Egba land and he is also an Awori man, a bonafide son of Ago-Ilaro and Ago-Ishaga in Ota,Awori Kingdom.He is a true son of the soil representing the unity, diversity,and aspirations of the Ogun people.

The *koséléri* representation he currently exemplifies in Ogun West;unique, effective,and people focused will no doubt be extended across Ogun state when he becomes Governor,Insha Allah,come 2027.

Let us all rally behind this One Man Battalion.Together,we can secure a more brighter and more prosperous Ogun State under his dynamic leadership.
